What is Okta Workflows
Okta Workflows is no-code automation platform provided by Okta. It allows organizations to automate identity and access management (IAM) processes without needing to write any code.
Okta Workflow packages can be obtained through two main avenues: Workflows and Identity Governance.
The user would also need specific Admin access to be able to set Connections and build Workflows: Workflows Administrator. Of course Super administrators also have full access to Okta Workflows
Assign user to Workflow Administrators
Under Okta Admin → Security → Administrators → Admins, select Add administrator
Select the user / admin and under role specify: Workflows Administrator.
Press Save Changes and we are good to go.
Now the user can see additional settings, like Flows, Connection and Settings.
Under Settings → Role assignements, we can see who has access to Okta Workflows
